TOP 10 WORST J.S. BATMAN MOMENTS

Joel Schumacher, a director who's done some decent films such as "The Lost Boys","A Time To Kill", "Phone Booth" and "The Client". However, a lot of people don't remember him for his decent films, they remember him for trashing the Batman franchise with his two films "Batman Forever" and "Batman and Robin" which were sequels to the dark Burton films instead of being reboots. They were so bad, so toned down that people felt that this was the end of the Batman film franchise...until Nolan saved it and showed Batman in a new way. I don't really blame Schumacher too much because he was actually going to make the film's dark. It was the Warner Brothers studios that wanted a campy family friendly Batman film that was marketable and they actually made him do the infamous sequel and Batman film of all time. They were terrible, yes, they went back to the campy 60's tone instead of moving forward and they're for the most part are just long toy commercials but what were the moments that made them so bad? What were the moments that nearly killed the franchise and made us cringe at the time and even to this day? What were the moments that went to far and made them so terrible? Join me on a countdown of

THE TOP 10 WORST JOEL SCHUMACHER BATMAN MOMENTS

("TOP 10 WORST J.S. BATMAN MOMENTS" for short.)

At the end of the list I will also give you my overall rating of both films, since I find it pointless to review the films since I'm giving you a list of what made the films bad.

NUMBER 10

THOSE STUPID OVER THE TOP CAMPY ACTION STUNTS FROM "BATMAN AND ROBIN"

In "Batman Forever", the action wasn't great, jaw dropping or holding you on the edge of your seat but they were at least decent. The action in the following film was just plain god awful. Literally just by watching the opening, you know the film was going down hill. The fight choreography in this film looks as campy as watching the 60's show (Only without the enjoyment), the stunts are so over the top that it looks like watching some kind of live stunt show, the sound effects, sound cartoonish, the special effects such as the green screen and CGI are very very cheap and every single fight in this movie is all very anti climatic and boring! There are also plenty of dumb moments in the fight sequences in this film such as Batman sliding like Fred Flintstone on top of a statue of a Dinosaur, Robin crashes through the walls, which leaves a cartoonish looking Robin Symbol, playing Ice Hockey for a Diamond, surfing on air, Batman capping Mr.Freeze, Posion Ivy and her very little plant army and much more! Oh, and the vehicles, they so look like a toy from a toy commercial. The action is so god awful, terrible and cheesy that it's unforgivable, silly and boring!

NUMBER 9

THOSE ANNOYING FLASHING NEON LIT COLORS IN
AND

While being colorful, it actually gets annoying and not even needed from time to time. I know Joel Schumacher is trying to make it look and feel like a comic book coming to life but I'm sorry it doesn't look like a comic book coming to life, it looks like a neon laser light show, with so much of it that it's enough to give you epilepsy or make you feel like you're on LSD. If you want to do something where comic books come to life watch "Dick Tracy", "Creepshow" or the 60's "Batman" show! On top of it, the films are sequels to the Burton films, these designs and images doesn't even come close to the Burton films, in fact it looks more like a reboot then a sequel. Let's take a closer look on scenes and moments that make this whole concept look stupid.

BATMAN FOREVER

First off look at Gotham City! It doesn't remotely look like Gotham City in the Burton films, in fact it doesn't even look like Gotham City either. It looks like a mix between Hong Kong and Las Vegas.

Next is the Riddlers hide out. The hideout is full of so much green neon flashing lights that it'll only hurt your eyes and make you hate the color green. Heck even Jim Carrey at one point wears a neon lit suit and actually makes fun of all the neon lights in this movie!

Then we have items and things that don't even need neon lights such as

THE BATMOBILE

THE GUNS

A NEON LIGHT GANG WITH NEON LIT WEAPONS

and so on and so fourth. The only piece of scenery that does look like a sequel to the Burton films are...

TWO FACE'S HIDEOUT

AND

ARKHAM ASYLUM

If you can make these places look dark and creative as the previous films, why not make the rest of the film look like it then a laser light show! Sadly, there's more.

BATMAN AND ROBIN

Gotham City in this film not only looks like Hong Kong and Las Vegas mixed together but it also looks like they added an extra mix of a bland version of "Cool World" with a toy commercial. Yes, Gotham City in this film looks like a toy set that you can buy in stores.

In "Batman Forever" at least some of the sets look like a sequel to the Burton film, this film has no Burton look or style what so ever. Almost everyplace is bright and colorful such as the Frozen Museum, a science lab, a jungle style Las Vegas type of show, the gang areas (Yes there is more Neon Light themed gangs) even the villains hide out are so colorful and lit on both outside and inside that they scream out "The Villains In There!". Oh and the Dark or normal areas like Wayne Manor or Arkham Asylum are not creative or dark, they look bland.

If you weren't a fan of the neon lit Batmobile in the previous film, well this one is not only bright and colorful but it comes complete with a Disco Ball in the front of it!

All this lighting and sets in both films look like a different world of Batman then a follow up to the Burton films and even if this was a different world, I still find all the lighting distracting because most of the time, it all looks like a forced Neon light show then a comic book world.

NUMBER 8

THE FEMALE HEROINES

These woman are so bland, so badly written, so badly acted, so not so interesting that it felt the films had no need for any of them what so ever!

CHASE FROM "BATMAN FOREVER"

Chase is a psychologist and while talking about a person's mind, Nicole Kidman's acting doesn't make her sound like one and nor does the writing help. Chase is one of the blandest characters I ever seen, even Nicole Kidman doesn't seem to be engaged to the role and character. Come to think of it, she's more of a whore than a professional psychologist. Don't believe me, her name is Chase and she always chases after Batman so she can be with him, that's not clever it's stupid. On top of it, the scene that I really hate with her, is when she flashes the Bat Signal. At first you're thinking "Alright, we get to see Batman kick some more butt" but as he arrives we find Chase, who just used the Bat Signal to lure Batman to her. WHAT A TEASE AND AWFUL PAYOFF! She even tries to seduce Batman in that scene, man what a whore! Even when trouble is going on she still hits on Batman, she's not psychologist, she's a whore pretending to be one. Oh and the scenes between her, Batman and Bruce have little to no chemistry and like I said, she more looking to have sex with a person than actually having a relationship.

The only purpose why Chase is in the movie is to have her as a bland damsel in distress and to give Bruce Wayne an excuse to tell more of his story. I should also mention a scene (Which has nothing to do with the character) is a deleted scene. When Bruce goes through his father's journal he finds out that the reason why they went to the movies is because Bruce wanted to go really really bad and if it wasn't for Bruce wanting to go, his parents would still be alive. That's a great scene and really shows the guilt from our hero. Due to timing, the scene was cut out by order of the studio. Cutting that scene out should be a SIN!

BATGIRL IN "BATMAN AND ROBIN"

The character and her origin in this film is bland, forced and badly written. Instead of being Commissioner Gordon's daughter or niece, she is Alfred's niece! NO, every media version of her is always her being related to Commissioner Gordon, not just because it wants to stay true to the comics but also because it adds more conflict! Her character in this film is British, but she has no British accent! When finding out that her Uncle is dying, she skips school and does Motorcycle races to get money to save her Uncle! If she's so concerned about Alfred why didn't she tell Bruce Wayne (One of the richest men of all time!) to help Alfred?! When she finds out Bruce and Dick's secret, she gives one of the most dumbest faces that I ever seen. Then a virtual reality Alfred (Really!) gives her a BatCostume and she becomes BatGirl. She fights crime with Batman and Robin, saves the day and instead of going back to School she decides to drop her studies, stay and fight crime and Bruce gives her his blessing! In the 60's show and 90's Animated Series, Robin at least goes to school but here it tells you to drop out of school, don't study to be successful, be a crime fighter, dress up in leather sex costumes and risk your life for strangers will make you more successful, that's a great message for kids! Her origin is not only forced but it's also nearly a rehash of Robin's origin in the previous film. It's also hinted that Robin and her might be in love but it goes nowhere in the film! Her emotions of Alfred dying is so bland that she looks like that she doesn't care!

These female characters are so bland and forced that you don't need any of them at all!

NUMBER 7

TOMMY LEE JONES AS TWO-FACE

Before I talk about Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face, let's talk about the character and how he was portrayed on film and TV.

The character of Two Face didn't start as a villain, nor was he deformed from when he was born. He was actually Gotham City's best District Attorney and was a close friend of Bruce Wayne. However, a criminal named Boss Maronin threw acid in his face and he became crazy and plans to kill the crime lords of Gotham and kill Batman.  Two-Face would carry a coin that he got from his abusive Father and makes decisions or decides a man's fate by flipping it. If it landed on heads the victim will live, if it landed on tails, you get killed.

In the 60's show, Clint Eastwood was going to appear as Two-Face but due to the character being too violent for kids they decided to not do an episode with the character.

In the Burton film, Billy Dee Williams (Who you know him best as Lando in the original "Star Wars Trilogy") played Harvey Dent but only shows up very little but for fans who knew the comics, we had a feeling that Burton would defiantly make have the character turn into Two-Face. In the sequel "Batman Returns", rumors say he was bought out by Warner Brothers Studios and was replaced by Christopher Walken who played a totally different character. By the way, when Walken gets electrocuted at the end, that was actually going to be how Dent became Two-Face.

In the animated series, Two-Face was the version we always wanted to see. When he was Harvey Dent, he had a split personality disorder that only happens when he's angry. After an explosion caused by a Mob to blackmail him, he becomes Two-Face. While being Two-Face, he has two personality's like Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde instead of just having him gone mad. While being a villain, we felt for him and cared about him then hated him. We knew that somewhere inside him, Harvey Dent is still alive. That was a really good and tragic way to create this villain.

When Oscar winner Tommy Lee Jones became Two-Face, people expected him to be tough, badass and tragic as Two Face in the animated series. Some people were upset that a white actor is playing a character who was previously played by a black actor but come on people what about Eartha Kitt as Catwoman in the 60's show. Two white actresses previously played her on the show and then Eartha Kit took over and she was indeed black and most of us never found that distracting since she put on a puuurrrrfect performance. To many people that debate was just a nitpick. When people saw the film....well in my perspective, the action figure that I had as a child was more threatening then Tommy Lee Jones was in the film.

First off let's talk about how his the origins are portrayed in the film. It's briefly mentioned and shown. OK FIRST PROBLEM, out of all Batman villains that needs a back story in the film, it's Two-Face! I will admit I did like the Riddler's back story but out of the two villains in this movie the Riddler is the one who doesn't need a full back story in this film! In the show, we got to spend time with Harvey Dent before he became Two-Face and we not only liked him but felt pity for him when he became Two-Face. The film feels like his story is not important and that people are going to see it for Jim Carrey, so they decided to give all the glory and back story to Carrey while Two-Face is just a unneeded villain. Here's a tip, if you're going to do a film with a tragic character with a sad story, go into detail with it then just show and mention it for a few seconds! Oh and why he doesn't go after the guy who threw acid on his face or if he got the guy who threw it in his face, is not mentioned, explained and is ignored. So yeah, Two-Face is like "screw that guy who scarred me for life, I'm killing Batman!"

Here's the biggest problem. I know Tommy Lee Jones can play this character and when you first see him he's playing it really well, then when he shows his deformed face, he completely gives up, doesn't care and we realize that we're stuck with his over the top performance for the rest of the film! Not only is his back story ignored but the character is completely backwards. Two-Face is a no nonsense villain who's threatening, intimidating and is always struggling between both sides of himself. Here, HE'S ACTING LIKE THE JOKER! I'm serious his performance is a Joker knock off, he's always laughing, always bouncing off the walls and he's not for one second threatening! Just look at his make up, it doesn't look like a burnt face, it looks like The Joker is wearing half of his make up. In fact, why need another comical villain in this film, The Riddler is the comical villain there's no need for another. Two-Face is the straight guy, The Riddler's the comical guy, that's what you need to make the partnership work, having both villains or duo's for that matter who are both over the top and played for laughs for the most part doesn't work, it's just plain annoying and stupid! Two-Face does say there are two sides to him by always shouting "us", "we", "we'll" but the character doesn't even show his two sides to himself nor does it show him struggling between both sides. Like his back story, that part of him is mentioned and then ignored. Two-Face also flips a coin to determine a man's faith. Here, when he gets tails or heck even heads, he either does what he wants to do anyway or he'll just keep flipping the coin until it lands on tails. That really defeats the purpose of the character and what he stands for! Two-Face is also consider to be the pun of Carrey's jokes and his hideout and things he carries that he has two including guns, watches, suits, dumbass two faced themed henchman and girls are all just mocking this character even more! Oh and the scenes when he's trying to kill Batman but constantly fails are like watching a cartoon if it became action packed!

There's even a moral about killing for revenge doesn't solve anything. Two-Face kills Robin's parents (Which is actually the only evil thing he ever does in the film) and Robin wants to kill him for revenge. Bruce tries to snap him out of it but then lets Robin decide for himself to either kill him or let him live. When Robin and Two-Face meet, Robin kicks his butt, is about to let him die but then decides to save him to let justice serve him. However, when Two-Face dies and falls to his death, Robin has a look of satisfaction on his face and feels releaved! That's a great way of throwing your not to kill moral down the drain! Why just have The Riddler get killed by an explosion or have him thrown in the pit and end it with Harvey being treated and forgetting who Batman is?!

Tommy Lee Jone's performance as Two-Face is the worst performance in his entire career and on top of it, the film doesn't care about the character and moral and with the sense of not caring for any of that, it's best not to put him in the film at all! This is probably the worst adaption to this great villain!

NUMBER 6

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER AS MR.FREEZE

Arnold as a character with a tragic back story who wants to take revenge on the world is defiantly not a role for him! Oh and if you think I'm going to talk about his awful puns in this part of the list, well I have other plans for that topic, here I'm just talking about the character and performance.

Well by looking at how his back story is done in this film, Schumacher shows that he has watched the Animated series. How he becomes Mr.Freeze is shown on a recording, he keeps his wife Frozen to try to find a cure and he has a spinning woman toy in a glass jar to symbolize his wife. I'd say it was done well but sadly they all feel forced and corny. The references to the show are just in the film to make the reference. Arnold's acting and emotions for his wife are not emotional, they feel corny and forced! When we see him get Frozen, it just looks comical and cartoony as Arnold makes a funny scream!

Arnold's performance as Mr.Freeze is just ridiculous and annoying. He's over the top, enjoys being evil and he never ever shuts up. In the 60's show maybe his performance might be acceptable but in a film that's trying to be serious with his origin and character, it doesn't work! He's suppose to be an angry and sad villain who nearly lost his wife and has to live as a Frozen man for the rest of his life while only doing evil so he can save his wife but this film decides to turn a tragic villain into a complete over the top idiot, which is exactly what the studio did to Two Face! Oh and instead of feeling sorry for him and feeling his pain when he's exposed to heat, it looks like it's done more for laughs (In fact it looks similar to Arnold being on Mars in "Total Recall")! By the way, if you thought the Batsuits were gay, his Freeze suit is just as gay (Nothing against homosexuals, just out of place for a Batman film)! What I think is the most insulting scene with this tragic villain is what he does in his hideout. While he wears his pajama's (Complete with Polar Bear Slippers) and smokes a cigar (Which makes zero sense) he teaches his stupid killer Eskimo henchman how to sing "I'm Mr. Snow". WHAT'S THE POINT IN THAT SCENE! Thanks to this film, it's hard for me to hear that great and catchy Christmas song without thinking of this scene!

Mr.Freeze is another villain who's a complete joke and is another middle finger to it's character!

NUMBER 5

BANE

Out of all Villains in the two films, Bane's portrayal in the film is the most insulting! In the comic and 90's cartoon, Bane is a really smart and highly intelligent criminal who's not only strong but is the one who injures Batman for life. In this film, his character feels forced, is like the 2nd spare tire in your new working car and he's nothing like the character what so ever! First off look at his design and fake muscles, he doesn't look threatening or evil, he looks more like a muscular sex slave that the hillbillies in "Pulp Fiction" would keep in their basement! Instead of having a high IQ, he's a total dumbass with no brains at all. He's not even a main villain, he's Poison Ivy's henchmen! His personality is not only dumb but he acts more like the Frankenstein monster. He grawls a lot, how he was created looks similar to how the monster came to life, he only says very few words and he fights more like a monster then a professional killer. As for his disguise, well he looks like a perverted flasher! Bane is another character that you don't need in the film and just like Two Face and Mr.Freeze, this is giving a great villain the middle finger!

NUMBER 4

GEORGE CLOONEY AS BATMAN

Now I'm just going to say this right now, I didn't think Val Kilmer was bad as Batman. I'm not saying he's up there with Bale, West, Conroy or Keaton but he still did a decent job of being tough and emotional. With Clooney however, that's a different story! Clooney doesn't look or feel like he's trying to be Batman or Bruce, he feels like he's in this film to play himself, look hot in the Batcostume and get paid for it. He has no emotion, he has no personality, he's not threatening as Batman and he seems to be rolling his eyes every time he has to say a pun or one liner. Even when he says Batman's famous catchphrase he doesn't feel or look engaged in the role! George Clooney is a decent actor but in this film, you can not only say his performance is "bad" or "bland" but you can also call it his "worst performance in his entire career" or as "the worst actor who ever played Batman"!

NUMBER 3

THE DIALOGUE

The dialogue for the films were so campy, so cliched, so stupid, so outrageous that it's part of the reasons why these films suck and it defiantly show the films moving backwards to the 60's show then going forward and being sequels to the Burton films.

BATMAN FOREVER

When the film began, it looked as cool as the Burton films until this line came about...

Alfred : "Can I persuade you to take a sandwich with you, sir?"

Batman: "I'll get drive-thru."

and the film went all down hill from there. Batman getting Drive-Thru, the first line is about a sandwich, really that's how you start off a Batman film?!

The line that made Two Face go down hill...

Two Face:"Luck! Blind, stupid, simple, doo-dah, clueless luck!"

Batman talking to Chase about his car which sounds like a car commercial

Batman:"It's the car, right? Chicks love the car."

The stupid and not clever reference to Robin from the 60's show with a poor pay off...

Robin:"Holy rusted metal, Batman!'

Batman: "Huh?"

Robin: "The ground, it's all metal. It's full of holes. You know, holey."

Chase and Batman talking about a family picnic

Batman: "I don't blend in at a family picnic".

Dr. Chase Meridian: "Oh, we could give it a try. I'll bring the wine, you bring your scarred psyche".

This was tone down to be more family friendly and here's why it got a PG-13 Rating...

Batman: "You trying to get under my cape, doctor?"

Dr. Chase Meridian: "*Ah*. Black rubber".

Batman: "Try firemen, less to take off".

Riddler: "One day dreams being...bare naked with a girl!"

Riddler:"sexual fantasies"

Riddler: "Spank Me"

And when we try to call it a poor reboot then a sequel, they reference the Burton films.

Joker Reference in "Batman"

Dick Grayson:"Your family wasn't killed by a maniac".

Bruce Wayne: "Yes, they were".

Catwoman reference in "Batman Returns"

Dr. Chase Meridian: "You like strong women. I've done my homework. Or do I need skin-tight vinyl and a whip?"

Jim Carrey does have a lot of a campy dialogue but personally I think they're funny and Jim Carrey does a great job delivering that campy humor, unlike the next villain in the infamous sequel.

BATMAN AND ROBIN

Listen if I talk about every thing wrong with the dialogue in this film will be here forever! Who can blame me, almost every single line in this movie is either a pun, one liner, cliche line, joke or a sexual innuendo and if you tried to keep score of every single one of those stupid lines chances are you'll give up, lose your mind or simply have no life! What made the Mr.Freeze character a total idiot and goofball...HIS TERRIBLE ICE PUNS! What killed Chris O'Donnells performance and character in the film...HIS BITCHING AND MOANING DIALOGUE! What destroyed Uma Thruman's performance...HER DIALOGUE! What made Bane a total idiot...HIS LACK OF DIALOGUE!

The dialogue in both films are terrible but the dialogue in "Batman And Robin" take the whole entire cake as the worst movie ever made with the worst dialogue to ever have been written for a film!

NUMBER 2

THOSE GAY ASS BATSUITS
(Again nothing against homosexuals, just out of place for a Batman film and Batman in general)

If there's one thing that I find really distracting about both films are the Batsuits. Why, you may ask because they don't look like something Batman would wear, it looks like something you'd see on an action figure or something that people would wear to have sex to pretend that they're Batman.

BATMAN FOREVER

Our first problem are the Batnipples on his suit, no version of Batman would have them unless if it were some guy or chick in a porno. Why give him Batnipples, what was the point in that! Well Schumacher put them on so they can resemble the statues of the Greek gods but obviously it doesn't work, it just looks suggestive and wrong, really really wrong!

Robin's suit looks very badass and threatening but sadly his suit has nipples too. Oh and it's also mentioned that Alfred made these suits, so if you hate the Batnipples, you can blame not only Schmacher but you can blame Alfred too!

When Batman uses his new Batsuit, it looks like a design for an action figure but at least it didn't have Batnipples...well until we saw this shot...

Yes, we've been some what mooned by Batman, with his tight Batass with a Batcrack between it. WHAT THE HELL IS THE PURPOSE IN THAT! Alright, I get why Schmacher put Batnipples on the suits (Even if it doesn't excuse his action) but why give him a Batcrack in his Batass. Is it for taking a Batcrap, is it for having Batbutt sex or is it suppose to be a prank on the audience and fans! IT HAS NO PURPOSE, IT HAS NO FREAKING PURPOSE!

BATMAN AND ROBIN

Things get worse in this film! This film really goes full out with the gay Batsuits! We have...

BATNIPPLES

BIGGER BATBUTTS

AND BATCROTCHES THAT STICK OUT MORE THAN THE ONE IN THE LAST FILM!

(Chris O'Donnell hated wearing it by the way)

Batgirl's suit doesn't look sexy and her Batboops don't look as hot as we expect them to be!

It's not just these close up shots that pissed a lot of fans off but it's also the fact that we have to see our heroes wear them in both movies which is really distracting and disturbing!

This is it! THE BIG ONE! The number 1 most terrible thing that Schumacher ever did in his Batman films. The moment where millions of fans cried and had fists of rage! The moment where it proves that it only takes less then a second to hurt and scar a person for life. The moment when our heads explode. The moment where Schmacher went to far! The moment where we finally had it! The moment that's impossible to blink and miss! I'm talking about..."GULP" and forgive me for showing this image...I give you...

THE BATCREDIT CARD

WHY! WHY DOES BATMAN HAVE A BATCREDIT CARD! THIS GOES BEYOND THE STUFF THAT THE 60'S SHOW DID, THIS GOES BEYOND THE THINGS YOU CAN'T DO WITH BATMAN, BUT NO THEY DID IT! YOU BET YOUR SWEET BATASS THAT THEY DID!

Why does Batman have a Batcredit Card? Batman is a crime fighter who only appears at night and when there is trouble and only for when there's trouble! Batman is not a local who walks into shops and buys items, he only fights crime, end of story! No ifs and no butts! On top of it, by order of Batman to get a credit card, he must reveal his secret identity, there is no way that he can get a credit card anonymously. The Bank has to know who you are! In fact, look at the card and how it's show, it looks like something from a cheesy bank commercial featuring Batman. The expiration date is "Forever" which is of course a really cheesy,  forced and horrible reference to the last film! What also pisses me off about this scene is, it happens during a woman auction with Batman And Robin as the hosts (Who never ever show up in public unless if there is trouble) and use the show as bate for Mr.Freeze to show up, who by the way shows up and Freezes civilians, great plan! Getting back to the Batcredit Card, every time I see it, it makes my eyes hurt or bleed and great critics such as James Rolfe and Doug Walker hate this moment with a passion too. This moment is the moment that middle figured us Batfan fans every where and has emotionally raped us inside!

Those are "The Top 10 Worst Joel Schumacher Batman Moments". For those who still hate Schumacher for making these films, LET IT GO! Every director makes a mistake in their career and as I said since I started this list it wasn't all Schumacher's fault! Forgive his huge mistakes and appreciate him for the films he did succeed with.

So that was the list and now I'm going to give a short review on the two films.

While being an awful film with it's bad performances and characters played by Tommy Lee Jones and Nicole Kidman along with terrible dialogue, out of place look and style and throwing a good moral down the toilet, it's still entertaining. Val Kilmer is a decent Batman, Chris O' Donnell (Despite looking too old for his character) is a great Robin, the Batgadgets and Batvehicles are cool, the action is nice and the score is excellent. However, my real praise goes to Jim Carrey as The Riddler. I'm not saying he's as good as Frank Gorshin but with that said he's really fun to watch. Overall it's worth a look, but still not a good movie.

RATING 2/5

I remember this film having lots of advertisements and merchandise and that's what this film is a long commercial! The acting and characters are terrible, it's using the same formula as "Batman Forever", it's boring, it's stupid, it's unenjoyably campy and the story is terrible and is just a complete unbalanced mess with all the subplots, villains and origins. I should also mention that there's a subplot with Alfred dying as the film's only forced drama and instead of killing him off to make our hero a stronger person, he gets cured and the subplot as the film itself is pointless. It's indeed the worst Batman movie ever made!

RATING 0/5

OVERALL ON THE SCHUMACHER FILMS

While "Batman Forever" wasn't that bad, it's still pretty bad and gets very insulting on many occasions, even with the stuff I did praise; and do I really need to expand on how bad "Batman & Robin" is? To me, and a lot of Batman fans, these films didn't happen!

RATING FOR THE SCHUMACHER FILMS 0/5
